It’s the time of year when we start thinking about getting our skin and bodies ready for summer. Coutts Woman takes a look at some of the best products and treatments to cheat your way to still looking young in the sun.
1) Jeanne Piaubert – Speed Dieting, £96
Now this cream sounds like its too good to be true, but with around 70% of women who tested it reporting reduced cellulite, slimmer body and firmer skin and 20% of women having an average loss of up to 1.8cm on thighs and waist, it seems there is something in this. Without going too much into the details of the ingredients, this cream needs to be rigorously massaged in morning and night for at least seven days to start seeing results and could be a great way to make you feel that last bit perfect.
2) Complexion Enhancer from Omorovicza, £72
This gorgeous tinted moisturiser will help you have that subtle summer glow all year round. With an spf of 15, this staple in the Hungarian Omorovicza range is light enough to use as a daily moisturiser, concealing imperfections and giving the skin a beautiful summery complexion.

9) Power Plate, £20 a session, £3,499 to buy
So the gym is too dull and takes too long, but you want a bit more than lotions and potions to shape you up for summer? Then why not try a Power Plate session? This is basically a supercharged work out with vibrations making your muscles contract up to 50 times a second. Just three 10 minute sessions a week on this little number will have you aching but toned in no time. Don’t underestimate how hard it works you!
10) Liposculpture, from West London Clinic
If all else fails, Liposculpture is the latest buzz word in cosmetic surgery. Its now all about ‘body contouring’ - not just about fat removal, but about refining the shape. This is a mixture of liposuction techniques: including laser-assisted techniques, such as Smart Lipo, where an ultra fine tube is inserted under the skin, using a laser to dissolve the fat deposits. The body then metabolises this melted fat on its own. The procedure is relatively non invasive and is generally performed under a local anesthetic with minor discomfort. Hence it is the latest trend for those who want quick results without the hassle.
