Welcome to the March edition

March brings Easter and with it a month of all things chocolate. In recognition of which, this month we meet master chocolatier Paul Young, famed for his amazing chocolate creations.

This month we also meet leading fertility expert Zita West and PR to the stars, Penny McDonald. If you need some pepping up to get you through the long year ahead, we take a look at how to remotivate yourself and to mark Ovarian Cancer month we speak to two women about their personal experiences of what is known as the 'silent killer'.
